Mr. Camel

We're working on a night-time routine 'round these parts. I always thought it'd be kind of a pain to have a night-time routine that was broader than {swaddle, kiss, "love you", sound machine, leave} but lately I've enjoyed sitting in the rocker at the end of the day reading parts of Beatrix Potter or The Hobbit out loud to K as she sits with her giant camel and unpacks a box of baby toys. She loves that giant camel. I mean, who wouldn't?? It has Aunt Caroline's love just oozing out of it. :) K likes to yank on his tassel mane, closely inspect his reins, and pat the pom-poms on his saddle. Abuse is how babies show affection, right? Right.
